Welcome to Minar City Developers Ltd.. These terms govern inquiries, site visit reservations, and preliminary allotment procedures for our residential and commercial projects in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Scheduling a site visit allows prospective buyers and landowners to inspect project premises under the guidance of our official real estate coordinators. Site visits are complimentary and non-binding.
All apartment or duplex bookings become binding only upon mutual execution of the formal standard Deed of Agreement and receipt of the designated booking advance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions comply with RAJUK regulations and REHAB guidelines.
Handover of completed residential units and registration of freehold land share deeds follow the agreed construction milestone schedule upon clearance of final dues.
